Sure there are a few work arounds. Such as Attending the embassy to get your passport stamped.
When in Japan you will need to let us know where you are skiing for the day & where you intend to dine that evening.

Upon check in, your tour host will issue you with your room keys, lift tickets and take you through the ski shop to collect your pre-booked equipment. This is also a good opportunity to purchase any discounted ski equipment.

Kick start your days and power up with a bite to eat with your daily included continental breakfast.

SKIING
Take advantage of the massive powder dumps Japan is renowned for & make the most of your lift pass.
With an average snowfall of over 11m per season, get your shred on and experience the epic terrain offered with your lift pass.
After a hard day of skiing, make sure to relax in the Onsen on-site at Hakuba Gondola & Madarao Hotel.
DAY 8 (LAST DAY)
On your last day you will checkout & be transferred back to Haneda or Narita Airport.

Checkout of Hakuba as you prepare for your transfer to Madarao to explore more of what the Nagano mountains has to offer in Madarao.

HAKUBA GONDOLA HOTEL / LODGE
Located directly across the road from the main Happo-One Gondola with the shops, bars and restaurants of Happo Village a short stroll from the Hotel.The main gondola at Happo opens an hour earlier than all the other lifts, so you if you want fresh powder this is the property for you! Happo-One is the main ski resort in the Hakuba Valley and hosted multiple Olympic events during the ‘98 Nagano Olympics.
The hotel features double, twin and family rooms options with all rooms having private bathroom facilities. The property features a bar, restaurant, guest lounge, onsite ski hire shop and ski locker room.
The Hakuba Gondola Lodge is located right beside the Hakuba Gondola Hotel.
The Lodge offers a budget option for those wanting to hit up the slopes of Hakuba. The main difference between the Hotel and Lodge is that all rooms in the Lodge are shared accommodation and do not have en-suites.
Western style shared bathroom facilitates are provided.
HAKUBA APARTMENTS
Brand new modern Apartments finished in December 2019. Located 250m from the Happo Sakka ski lift and close to the shuttle bus stop for other resorts on offer in the Hakuba Valley. Located in the popular Wadano area, which offers many dining and drinking options.
The 2 bedroom apartments all have a kitchen, separate lounge room, 2 bathrooms and a drying room.
The apartments have flexible bedding options to cater for couples, families and groups needing all separate bedding.
There is an onsite Oz Snow tour host & we offer a shuttle service for shopping & essentials.
MADARAO HOTEL
Newly refurbished in 2020 our Madarao accommodation is 400m from ski lifts & walking distance to all the restaurants in Madarao village.
This Madarao accommodation has an onsite bar that serves western food, onsite ski hire, an indoor/outdoor onsen bath house & ski locker room. The rooms are mainly ensuited & can cater for couples, families, single travellers and groups.
A well appointed modern hotel with forest views, Hotel Madarao offers everything you need for a comfortable stay.
MADARAO APARTMENTS
Stay in our brand new mid range Apartments completed in December 2018.
Located 400m from the Madarao ski lifts and is walking distance to all the restaurant’s in Madarao village.
2 or 3 bedroom options, all apartments have kitchen, separate lounge room & bathroom.
The apartments have flexible bedding options to cater for couples, families & groups needing separate bedding.
All the facilities at Hotel Madarao next door are available to apartment guests including: hotel reception services, onsite ski hire, an indoor/outdoor onsen bath house, daily breakfast & a western pub/restaurant.
Apartments Madarao offers everything you need for a comfortable stay.
